2017 has been a wonderful year perculating in yoga, mindfulness, and teacher training, with Kate Kendall of Flowathletic, Nicole Walsh & Rod Galbraith of InYoga.

I am very excited to be teaching in next year, 2018, playing and adventuring in Sydney's studios in the discovery in hearts, mind, body and soul through yoga, just how wonderful we can be!
